Preet’s Breakfast Bar

1 cup “sprouted” organic almonds
1 cup organic dates
1/4 cup organic hemp seeds/hearts
1/4 cup organic chia seeds
1/4 cup dried organic coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 cup dried organic cherries

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor – as smooth or as chunky as you like.
2. Shape into balls or bars, or flatten and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
3. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
